Paying your Baycel FCU loan is easy and flexible. Choose the method that works best for you below.
Before You Begin
To make a payment, please have the following ready:
- Your Baycel FCU Loan Details: Your full Loan Account Number (member number plus your specific loan suffix, found on your monthly statement or in Online Banking).
- Your Debit Card: If paying online or for one-time payments.
- Your Bank Info: If you are calling to set up a formal ACH recurring payment (Routing and Account numbers).

Pay OnlineOption 1: One-Time Online Payment (Clover Portal)
Our secure Clover portal is for immediate, one-time payments using a Debit Card.
- Method: Debit Card Only (Credit cards and bank transfers are not accepted in the portal).
- How: Click Pay Online (the button above this section) and enter your loan and card details.
Option 2: Recurring Payments
If you want to set up “Auto-Pay,” our staff can help you schedule payments at a frequency that matches your budget.
Available Frequencies:
- Daily, Weekly, or Bi-Weekly (Every 2 weeks)
- Monthly, Semi-Monthly (Twice a month), or Bi-Monthly (Every 2 months)
- Quarterly, Every 4 Months, Semi-Annually, or Annually
How to set this up:
- Debit Card Recurring: Call us at (979) 244-3995 to schedule automatic charges to your debit card.
- Bank Transfer (ACH) Recurring: We can originate a recurring pull from your external bank account. This is a separate service that requires you to call us and complete a signed ACH Authorization Form.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Can I pay with a bank account (ACH) in the Clover portal?
- No. The online portal only accepts debit cards. To pay via your bank account, you must contact us to set up a formal ACH recurring payment service.
- Can I pay with a credit card?
- No. To help our members avoid extra debt, we only accept debit cards for loan payments.
- How long does it take for my payment to post?
- Although our staff usually posts these same-day, some online debit card payments can take 1–3 business days to post depending on when the payment is made. Please plan accordingly to avoid late fees.
- Is there a fee for using my debit card?

- Online: If you make a payment yourself through our online portal, we do not charge a fee.
- By Phone: If you call us to make a one-time payment over the phone, a $5.00 processing fee will apply. This fee does not apply to recurring payments.
